Prodoo Solutions is an ERP consultancy based in Dorsten. We combine experience from company management, finance and IT with deep knowledge of Odoo and SAP – above all for companies in the Rhine-Ruhr region.

We are a small team of consultants who have run companies, been responsible for financial statements and implemented systems ourselves. That shapes our work: we ask about the business process first, then about the software. We bring more than 15 years of experience in Odoo, plus deep expertise from SAP consulting and implementation. That lets us connect the two systems cleanly and get the best of both worlds.

We don't leave you on your own once the project is done. We train and support your employees on fair terms and help with small adjustments directly and without fuss.

We tell you what is worth doing – and what is not. If an existing function does the job, we don't recommend new development.

Implementation
Where needed, we implement the solution: Odoo rollout, SAP customising, interfaces, migration. In stages, with your key users, without surprises. You see a running system early on instead of lengthy concept papers.
Training & support
We train your team hands-on in Odoo and SAP and stay available after go-live – for questions, issues, enhancements and transparent cost. Small adjustments are handled quickly and directly.

Initial consultation by phone or video
30 minutes, free of charge and at short notice. You describe where things are stuck. We tell you openly whether and how we can help.
On-site analysis
We look at your workflows where they happen: in the office, in the warehouse, on the shop floor. This results in a proposal with clear priorities.
Delivery in stages
We start with a manageable area and build from there. Your key users are involved from the beginning and see the progress regularly.
Training and go-live
Your team practises on its own system with its own data. On the first day of live operation we are reachable – on site if you wish.
Ongoing support afterwards
Questions, small adjustments, new ideas: your contacts are people who know your system. Billing is transparent and on fair terms.

We are based in Dorsten, on the northern edge of the Ruhr area. From here we work mainly for retail, manufacturing, logistics, construction and food businesses in the region.
Short distances have a practical benefit: a warehouse process is best understood at the shelf, an approval route at the accounting desk. So we come by when it helps – and handle the rest remotely so that things move quickly.
We look after companies outside the region in just the same way. The only difference: the coffee together happens by video call more often.
